Hello, I’m so glad you’re here! You probably want to know a little bit about me and why I started Moms Blog Too. It’s something that I didn’t even know was going to come to pass. It all started with a desire to do more, plain and simple.
My career as a broadcast journalist spans over 15 years from working as a desk assistant during the 9/11 tragedy at ABC News in New York to covering the anniversary of Bloody Sunday in Selma, Alabama. I’ve also covered the visit of Vice President Dick Cheney in Savannah and the Enterprise Tornado Disaster. I’ve anchored morning shows and gone live countless time, but through it all, family has been the most important thing in my life.
Juggling a journalism career with three kids has been challenging, and that’s what led to this journey of starting a blog. I’m working to have what everyone wants and that’s more family time while also making a full-time income.
It’s possible and I’m here to show you how. I always believed that a true gift of being a journalist was to tell the stories of those who don’t have a voice. Now, I’m helping other moms like me have the opportunity to do what they’ve always dreamed and do it well. So, yes, you can be super woman, raise your family, and get your free time back! So lets start this journey together and see where it takes us. And remember, yes, Moms Blog Too!
